The 2013-14 Top 100 Alaska Litigation lawyer is ASLA’s Featured Lawyer. Formerly a partner and head of Dorsey & Whitney’s Anchorage office, Attorney General Lindemuth was appointed by Alaska Governor Bill Walker on June 28, 2016, and took over several months later. She is the state’s second female attorney general.
Born and raised in Anchorage, Ms. Lindemuth obtained her J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1997, graduating Order of the Coif, and clerked for the Honorable Robert L. Eastaugh on the Alaska Supreme Court from 1997 to 1998. She served on the Alaska Supreme Court Appellate Rules Committee for over a decade, and was Co-Chair of the Appellate Law Section of the Alaska Bar prior to her appointment.
In addition to her ASLA selection, prior to her appointment, Ms. Lindemuth was recognized widely for legal acument, including being AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, named a Top 10 Attorney in Alaska for 2014 and 2015 by Super Lawyers, a Local Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation for 2013-2015, one of the Top 250 Women in Litigation by Benchmark Litigation for 2012-2015, and ranked Tier One by Chambers USA.
