Mr. Olsinski received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and History from Indiana University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta social fraternity and the National Scholars Honor Society. He attended Hofstra University School of Law, where he graduated in the top half of his class. At Hofstra, he participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic, worked for a prominent criminal defense attorney and worked for The Legal Aid Society of Nassau County. Mr. Olsinski has completed a ten-day intensive seminar emphasizing effective trial advocacy techniques. He is admitted to practice in State and the Western District of North Carolina in Federal court.
Mr. Olsinski handles criminal matters ranging from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies. He has successfully defended sex offenders, robberies, DWI/DUI charges and many others. He practices with his wife and business partner Kimberly Olsinski.
