Advocating for California Women and the Injured
Women often aren’t represented well when it comes to divorce and child custody. Many lawyers feel they can take advantage of women and offer less-than-adequate performances. The Law Offices of Paul H. Nathan fight for the rights of women, to help them receive the results they deserve regarding child and spousal support and child custody, in addition to a variety of other aspects regarding the ending of a marriage. Paul is currently writing a book called What Every Woman in California Should Know About Divorce.
Paul graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and was on the Dean’s List. He graduated from the Golden Gate University School of Law and also attended Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, WY.
Paul has experience as a trial lawyer, which helps him to better represent his clients in family law cases and injury victims. He brings the skills he learned while prosecuting medical malpractice, personal injury, and breach-of-contract cases when he is defending women against their current and ex-spouses and representing the injured against insurance companies.
Paul received the AV Preeminent Award from Martindale Hubbell, and was named a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers in 2013, 2014, and 2015. He was also named one of the “Top Attorneys in California” by San Francisco magazine.
Paul is a fifth-generation San Franciscan who enjoys sailing and playing tennis. He is also a dedicated advocate for supporting the adoption of animals who need homes. Paul serves as general counsel for the Neigh Savers Foundation, an organization dedicated to re-homing off the track thoroughbreds that would otherwise be sent to slaughter.
