Clementine “CC” interned at a Disability Law Clinic in Northampton, Massachusetts. She also served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael Salmon in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Dade County. Her responsibilities included research and assisting with the writing of criminal appeals for a three-judge panel. CC has 23 years of criminal defense experience, first as an Assistant Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pasco County, Florida and as a private attorney for more than 10 years. CC has also represented citizens in civil commitment hearings and has served as a legal guardian. She has tried more than 170 jury trials including Capital Murder, Capital Sexual Battery, and DUI Manslaughter. CC has also tried many complex felonies including aggravated felonies and domestic violence. She has also handled thousands of misdemeanor cases including license suspensions, battery and worthless checks, as well as probation violation hearings. CC represents citizens on all traffic infractions.
CC also represents employees who have been denied overtime pay and unpaid wages.
